• Achieve assigned financial objectives including orders volume and orders Booked Gross Margin in all assigned markets
• Assure all HBS sales tools and processes are implemented and utilized by all sales team members on a consistent basis
• Manage sales team activity (forward funnel) to assure adequate activity is maintained in all sales process steps and for each individual member of the sales team
• Provide ongoing performance management to sales team members providing coaching, training development plans including implementation of performance improvement plans(PIP) for any sales rep not meeting performance expectations
• Participate with Regional management in the development and implementation of STRAP and AOP.
