We are looking for motivated freshers who will be trained to be the first point of contact for all members-related questions, requests, and concerns at Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling member queries, on email as well as inbound/outbound calls.
• Recommending services to members and potential members and also providing information on membership fees
• Assessing member eligibility and processing payments, applications, and requests.
• Documenting all queries and maintaining accurate membership records
• Conducting database checks and outbound calling for verification / Surveys.
Requirements:
• Passion for sales or customer service will be beneficial
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
