Eligibility :  The Whole - Time Member shall be eligible to draw salary in the Higher Administrative Grade plus such other allowances as are admissible to an officer of the rank of Additional Secretary to the Govt. of India

Pay :  The Part- Time Member shall be eligible for sitting allowance of Rupees five thousand for each day he/she attends the meeting of the Authority but not exceeding Rs. 50,000/- in a month and shall be entitled to reimbursement of transportation charges at the rates as admissible to the Whole-Time Member

Age Limit :  The person so appointed to function as a Member, part-time or whole -time, V should not be of the age more than 67 years. The maximum age limit of 70 years shall apply for retirement to the incumbent to these posts
