Member Technical Staff  job recruitment in Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up various group 'A' S & T vacancies given below. The vacancies are proposed to be filled-up by Transfer (Absorption)/Direct Recruitment basis.

Appointment made on Direct Recruitment basis shall be on contract basis for a period of three years which is likely to be regularized/extended/terminated depending upon the performance of the candidate during contract service.

Member Technical Staff- E-V, (Scientist 'F') /  Post Code :  E — 5

Qualifications :  

For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with e class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with e class or M. Sc. with e class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 17 years experience. OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 15 years experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 12 years of experience. (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.

For Transfer (absorption):  In case of transfer (absorption)/ deputation, officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies: i) holding analogous post on regular basis. OR having 5 years regular service in Level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900). AND ii) possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

Pay Band and Grade Pay :  Level 13A (Rs. 131100-216600)

Age Limit (Max.) :

For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis :- 56 years

For appointment on direct recruitment basis :- 48 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)

Member Technical Staff- E-IV (Scientist 'E')  /  Post Code : E — 4

No. of Posts :  02  (UR-1, OBC-1)

Qualifications :

For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1't class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 14 years experience. OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 12 years experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 09 years of experience. (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.

For Transfer (absorption):  In case of transfer (absorption)/ deputation, officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies: i) holding analogous post on regular basis OR having 5 years regular service in Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200). AND ii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment

For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis:-  56 years

For appointment on direct recruitment basis :- 46 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)

Member Technical Staff- E-III (Scientist 'D') / Post Code :  E — 3

No. of Posts :  03  (OBC-2, SC-1')

Qualifications :

For Direct Recruit: (a) Bachelors' degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 10 years experience. OR (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 08 years experience. OR (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 05 years of experience. (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in experience.

For Transfer (absorption):  In case of transfer (absorption),officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies: i) holding analogous post on regular basis OR having 5 years regular service in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700). AND ii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

Pay Band and Grade Pay :  Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200)

Age Limit (Max.) :

For appointment on transfer (absorption) basis :- 56 years

For appointment on direct recruitment basis :- 42 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)

Mode of recruitment  :  Transfer (Absorption)/Direct Recruitment basis.

Application Fee : Candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per application by Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order (IPO) having minimum three months validity in favour of 'Software Technology Parks of India', payable at New Delhi.

Selection Process :  Selection for the aforesaid posts shall be on Interview basis. Received application by the last date of receipt of application shall be screened and screened-in candidate shall be called for Personal Interview. Candidate recommended by the Selection Committee shall be offered offer of appointment.
