Currently, we are hiring for an Membership Specialist/ Sales Executive for our international gym client. Our client's gym is the first to combine mixed martial arts, functional training and traditional fitness with a presence over 20 different countries.

The Role
Through your staff you will ensure a welcoming, informative and incredible experience for all prospective customers during their visits. It will be responsible for driving (non-members) into the gym in order to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members. This service must translate into exceeding personal revenue targets issued by management through both internal and external prospecting. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Put in your best efforts to ensure the club achieves the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual budgeted revenue across all revenue heads i.e. New Membership, Renewal Membership, Personal Coaching, and Merchandise Sale.

Expectations - Follow-up calls per day, appointments booked and confirmed per day and membership enrolment per day, personal coaching enrolments per week and units of merchandise sales per week.

3. Customer Service

Salary: Upto 3Lac PA + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience in sales role in any industry

Education: Graduation in any field

Location: Bandra - Mumbai, On-site
