Job Description

Mentor - OLT

Educational qualifications required : Bachelors’ degree/ Masters (Except BE/ME)

Prior experience/skill sets required:

  • Good in written and oral communication, should have knowledge about computer like MS office,
  • word , excel, PPT, Skype, good in typing skills, emails
  • 2 Years (Online tutoring experience preferred)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Able to handle the team of tutors and make them independent
  • Good in Subject knowledge, able to deliver/assist tutors, when required
  • Able to Mentor the team of tutors in terms of Subject, communication and streamline the team of tutors to follow the process and deliver better quality tutoring sessions
  • The Mentor should monitor the performance of the tutors on a daily basis and provide live constructive feedback and through Emails also
  • The Mentor should be accountable for the team’s performance/progress in terms of delivering quality tutoring sessions, punctuality, commitment etc
  • The Mentor should be pro-active, able to shoulder different responsibility as per the company’s requirement, flexible enough to work round the clock, good motivator, able to inspire and build confidence among tutors
