STED jobs - MEP Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Analyzing them in real time and suggesting the solution to achieve saving of electrical energy .

2) Monitoring of all electrical assets and suggesting the solution to save the energy at one or the other way.

4) Case studies of all the parameters of the system deeply at analyzing period and then suggesting solution for saving in energy

5) Ensure the work quality/ specification as per drawings given by Architect/ Client.

6) Switchgear, Cable & Lighting Design as per requirement.

7) Estimation of material required at site.

8) Attending weekly site meetings and prepare reports with photos, showing site progress.

9) Inspect and check on health and safety at site.

10) Site Management and Work Measurement

11) Manage quality and good workmanship practice.

12) Physically close out the Project

13) Vendor bills certification and measurement certification of various site.

14) Preparing BOQ and submitting quotation related to MEP activities for pitching new projects

15) Electrical and HVAC load calculation for new pitches incase required
