Job Title : Merchandiser

Location: Bangalore 

Role Overview:

As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to promote and sell products in retail environments. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that products are displayed effectively, attractively, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Build rapport: We want you to build good relationships with our customers. We want them to like us and keep buying our drinks.

·        Create visually appealing product displays that highlight key features and benefits to attract customers' attention and drive purchase decisions.

·        Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure adequate product availability on the sales floor.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform merchandising strategies and tactics

·        Track and report on such as sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of merchandising efforts.

Qualifications:

Plus two/Diploma/Any business or marketing related courses.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Languages: English, Hindi (preferred),  Kannada(applicable for Bangalore region)
