Job Description

  • Location ludhiana 
  • Salary-: 25k to 55k 
  • Placing of non-stock purchase orders from requisitions.
  • Deal with suppliers based in the Far East.
  • Maintain purchase order book.
  • Update various reports and information relating to the above.
  • Assist with Inventory control items and re-order levels.
  • Maintain and update appropriate purchasing records as required.Ensure routine purchasing tasks are carried out daily/weekly in methodical manner.
  • Liaise with warehouse and production as appropriate.
  • Resolve any invoice queries.Provide support on departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in sending quotations to suppliers for bench marking and Cost reduction exercise.
  • Price analysis of above and show results and conclusions.
