·         Define brand's pricing, merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies.

·         Increase margins, conversion, movement, revenues, and profits for assigned brands/products.

·         Negotiate with current suppliers for lowest possible cost of finished goods, most advantageous terms, discount structures, rebate and co-op programs.

·         Monitor the level of inventories to ensure purchases are made in a timely manner.

·         Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

·         Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

·         Bring passion and eagerness to 'take ownership' of assigned brands/products.

·         Analyse historical trends to draw conclusions on past initiatives and devise strategies for improving sales and inventory quality.

·         Work closely with internal departments to create, execute, and analyse various strategies and techniques to maximize profits.

Skills & Requirements

·         Knowledge with and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications (such as MS Word, MS Excel),email programs, and Internet browsers.

·         Ability to quickly learn new systems and grasp technological concepts.

·         Ability to work well within a team environment while still achieving individual metric goals is imperative.

·         Assertive, 'Take Charge' attitude willing to take ownership of work.

·         Ability to work well under the stress of deadline pressure.

·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
