You Are

• Process oriented, proactive and result driven individual with good communication skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the merchant’s requirement before the account is activated
• Having basic knowledge of payment gateway industry 
• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent 

• Merchant onboarding with KYC verification and compliance checks 
• Merchant account activation 
• Merchant account changes 
• Query resolution 
• Adhering to operations guidelines for activation and query resolution 
• Need  knowledge about KYC requirements, document verification according to merchant business entity 
• Well versed in excel and word Language: -English, Hindi and any other languages will be added an advantage
