We are looking for a skilled FullStack -MERN Developer who has extensive hands-on in NODE.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to join our web development team. Our ideal candidate should be able to actively and independently contribute to the development of fast, secure and reliable APIs and front-end, work well under tight deadlines and have an eye for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should have hands-on experience NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, and ExpressJS.
Identify and scope projects along with other stakeholders.
Analyze requirements and provide estimates.
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes and supply proposals project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members
Ensure development projects are delivered properly to meet the requirements of the client.
Ensure that software enhancements and system fixes meet intended business needs according to defined requirements.
Prepare technical specifications from which application programs will be developed and execute QA routines to ensure the quality of software.
Assist in the planning and deployment of software releases. Inform the manager and user community of progress, issues, and concerns.
Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with clients to define technical, business, and process requirements.
Good knowledge of design patterns.
Deliver Stories / Sprint in time.

Job Requirements –

3+ years of experience in Complete MERN, NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, and ExpressJS.
Experience in Feathers.js is preferable.
Ability to contribute individually
Good knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, unit testing.
Expertise in building scalable & reliable systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Application Architecture, Database Schema, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams, etc.
Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services.
Familiar with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info security.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
