4yrs to 6 years of experience 2 Good MES domain knowledge 3 Hands-on experience on at least one MES would be an added advantage 4 End to end implementation of MES 5 Manufacturing domain knowledge is a must-have experienced the shop floor 6 Understanding business needs and transforming them into deliverables 7 Should understand SDLC ITIL Scrum concepts 8 MES Integration experience with ERP shop floor devices etc 9 Willing to work for Support and Deployment 10 Expected to be client-centric as a work culture 11 Good analytical troubleshooting skills 12 People management good communication skills 13 Mentoring approach in team handling Motivator 14 Handle the daily operations within a project with fervour and in a self-driven way 15 Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills 16 Must able to work independently 17 Must be flexible and open to adapt to a critical situation
