Job Description

Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up the following contract positions under the project entitled "Zinc as an adjunct for the treatment of very severe disease in infants younger than 2 months (Pl : Dr. Nitya Wadhwa)".

1. Name of the Post: Messenger Boy

2. No. of posts: Two positions [likely to increase]

3. Monthly consolidated emoluments: Upto Rs. 16,000/-

4. Qualifications & Experience: Standard 12th with valid driving licence, With atleast 3 years of work experience

5. Domain / Job description and skills required:

a) Transport serum/plasma/stool samples from the recruiting hospital sites to THSTI under optimum temperature and other conditions

b) Use sample transport log for logging of shipment details

c) Planning and executing routes for shipment of samples from multiple sites within timelines

d) Shipment of supplies to hospital sites

e) Support site staff and THSTI coordinating team in project management activities

6. Desirable:

a) Two wheeler with valid registration certificate

b) Working experience with transportation of clinical samples will be preferred

c) Working knowledge of use of transport logs
