Job Description

Hello connection,I looking for the candidate in Rajkot location
Designation: Melting Assistant

JD:

Hardness test.
Tensile test.
Spectro.
Sand testing
Heat Monitoring with compliance of all Quality Requirements.
Maintain All Quality Records accordance to quality system.
Ensure mould, core & other parts for mould quality.
Maintain all parameters of furnace & related to furnace as per desired frequency.
Calibrate the Instruments & gauges, mould & core pattern as per desire frequency.
Produce production as per planning.
Take corrective action, preventive actions for any non corfimity of product, process.
Housekeeping on shop floor, cooling tower, scrap area & mould area.
Check power consumption & water plant.
Qualification : BE/ Dip in Metallurgy
Experience: 0 to 1.5 years
Salary: 12k CTC to 15k CTC.
Job time : 8 AM to 8 PM , 1 PM to 1 AM
Or could be 8 to 8 ( Day/ Night). As per production will can be changed
Required candidate from Rajkot only.
