Organize time and motion study activities to arrive at correct routing hours.
o Make regular Line balancing to adjust the workload according to the Product
Mix, but also according to various potential daily volume needs to avoid
o Minimize balancing losses to less than 5% on each line.
o Optimize the operator workstation & the flow process, being Flexible (like DC
tools),reducing the Throughput time, and FMEA proven, resulting in
efficiency gain > +3.5% per year.
o Analyse issues & generate ideas for improvement from all employees, like
with the use of Visual Kaizen Board.
o Take active part in implementing the DN (Design Notification) for smooth
phase in & phase out of the parts ensuring minimum scrap and zero
disruptions on the production line(for shorter Time2Market.
o Key member in NPD (New product development) in coordination with
Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality Departments to ensure smooth serial
production of new product on line.
