Job Location: Sector 125, Noida

Responsibilities:

·         3+ years of ERP technical implementation (D365 FO - X++) and integration experience working with Enterprise clients.

·         Knowledge of end-to-end D365FO implementation, including interfacing and integration.

·         A minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations leading to a technical workstream such as integration, data conversion or extension development.

·         Work with customer business team in real time. Interact with the business to get problem requirements and clarifications on different tickets.

·         Comfortable with ambiguity, possess the ability to adapt quickly and easily, and possess the ability to analyze complex problems and move them to resolution. 

·         Work on critical application break-fix issues real-time. Manage Issue escalation within TecTree and Customer IT (Partner).

·         Attend Customer IT meetings and prioritize tasks based on discussion with Customer team.

·         Responsible for conducting technical and functional discussions with IT and business team to design and finalize minor enhancements.

·         Positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships within the company and with external partners.

·         Issue isolation between supported solution and other components.

·         Issue isolation between custom solution and Microsoft product.

·         Escalate product bugs to TecTree support portal (TSP) and follow-up.

·         Reproduction of problem in test environment and fix in test environment.

·         Problem resolution and root-cause analysis

·         Validate fix with the customer's business users

·         Test updates related to the Microsoft products in the custom solution

·         Coordinate build deployment to Production.

·         Educate customer staff on support processes and support roles.

·         Develop an SDP (Service Delivery Plan) for providing proactive support in a way of reducing incidents, increase availability and performance or accelerate deployments.

Qualification:

BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA or any other equivalent degree.

Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.

Hands experience on Azure, Logic app.

Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
