Exp- 2-5 Years

Good Knowledge of Microwave link Budget planning.
Good knowledge on Microwave planning tools, like Pathloss -5, NetAct, MapInfo etc
Good Knowledge and Hands on: microwave network Planning including: frequency planning, Capacity Planning & detailed link design with interference calculation.
Optimization of microwave networks, as per requirement.
Good Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office.
