Job Description

Mid Level Officer

Location: Head Office

Qualification: MBA in Finance/Marketing or Systems (with additional technical qualification if any)

Age: 25 - 30 Years

Experience From: 3 Years - 5 Years

Key Requirement for the Position:

1. Personality: Self-driven, with clear focus on task assigned. A natural forward planner with willingness to learn quickly. Good at communication with senior management/vendor/stakeholder level of audiences. Well-presented and businesslike. Organize and participate in meetings, conferences.
2. Computer skills: Be adept in use of MS Office- Word, Excel, and Power Point. Basics of Database management
3. Analytical & Communication skills: Competent with statistical formulas/tools for data crunching & reports preparation in spreadsheets. Proficient writer of business letters, proposals, scope documents etc.
4. Creativity/Innovation: Undertake research activities to enable strategic decision-making and interpret creativity to make visually appealing Power Points and communicate efficiently.
5. Adaptability & Critical thinking: In a given project/task, assess critical situations using problem solving skills to generate possible solutions and make recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Good Business Process knowledge of Branch Operations
2. Knowledge of all PS Applications from Enquiry to Contract Closure
3. Should have experience in handling with Branches and Customers
4. Understanding the Business user’s requirement and prepare a first level of understanding/approach document
5. Should have basic accounting knowledge
6. Quickly able to learn business process and the core system to gain domain knowledge.
7. Develop ideas and create an avenue for effectual completion of task/project
8. Respond to, follow up and develop cordial relationship with internal & external stakeholders/vendors
9. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
10. Constructing conceptual Power Points and proficiency in presentation skills
11. Liaise and attend meetings and communicate commendably
12. Knowledge of Product/ Testing in Web application, Mobile application.
