Job Description

Middleware Administrator - 2 to 4 yrs - Bangalore - Immediate Joiner

Experience on JBOSS, WEBLOGIC, and LINUX.
Knowledge on middleware administration, which in cludes installation, configuration and troubleshooting,
Strong in Performance Tuning and Monitoring Issues.,
Knowledge on server installation and configuration.,Location of posting is driven by business needs
Supervise, managing and motivating team members ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration Set clear team goals and mentor the team members to achieve the same
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication skills; flexibility; responsiveness Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
Able to script and automate common operational issues, installations, self-service ennoblement Automation, Knowledge on security, log rotation, performance management, availability management, capacity planning, problem management
