Level 2 Support, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of JBoss & IIS as a primary skills.
=> Basic knowledge of WebSphere Application Server / IBM Http Server / Apache / Tomcat / LDAP & MQ.
=> Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux & Windows operating systems.
=> Has good knowledge on Middleware architecture.
=> Should have experience in upgrades / migration from lower version to higher version.
=> The data-sources subsystem - Understand database connection pools and strong knowledge on datasource subsystem configuration.
=> The logging subsystem - Configure the logging subsystem, including configuring the built-in handlers and loggers.
=> The web subsystem - Configure the HTTP and HTTPS Connectors, and configure an AJP Connector.
=> Fine tuning of JBOSS / IIS / WebSphere Application Server / IBM Http Server / Apache / Tomcat server - e.g. Heap Memory, Garbage Collection, logging enable / disable etc.
=> Taking and analyzing Heap & Thread Dumps.
=> Good in deploying applications, performance tuning, troubleshooting, maintains security, and automates routine procedures through scripting.
=> Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
=> Basic knowledge of Shell scripting.
=> Basic knowledge of Networking concepts.
=> Must be a strong team player.
