JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITER (Staffing specialist):
  • Assists with screening applications, new hires and applicant interviewing process.
  • Assists with the handling of the new hire process. 
  • Compiles personnel file information, performs employment verifications, advises employees of missing items required for employment.
  • New Employee Onboarding and Attendance Management, Leave Management Etc.
  • Good in handling the Exit formalities.
  • Maintaining Daily and weekly reports.
  • Attention to Detail and Self-Motivated.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
