Full job description 

Seeking an MIS Executive - Database to manage and maintain our management information systems (MIS) and ensure efficient database operations. Responsibilities include data analysis, report generation, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage database operations for accuracy and security.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Maintain and update MIS systems.
• Collaborate with database, project management and other teams.
• Document processes and changes
• Good Email writing skills
• Good knowledge in google sheet with formulas, Advance excel, vlookup, Hlookup, AVERAGE Function, MIN and MAX Functions, COUNT Function, IF statements, Conditional Functions – SUMIF, COUNTIF, OUNTIFS, AVERAGEIF etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

2-3 years of database management or MIS experience preferable in B2B or events industry. Proficiency in SQL, Advance Excel, and database management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
