• Data reporting:

  Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports, often analyzing KPIs like service level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first call resolution (FCR). 

• Data analysis:

  Analyze performance data from various sources to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making. 

• Data management:

  Collect, collate, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. 

• System management:

  Plan, design, and coordinate computer systems and networks. Manage databases and troubleshoot IT support issues. 

• Process improvement:

  Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Excel macros or BI software and suggest ways to improve system efficiency. 

• Cross-functional collaboration:

  Work with other departments like operations and quality assurance to gather data and meet reporting requirements. 

• Dashboard creation:

  Develop and maintain dashboards, including custom dashboards for management, often using tools like Tableau or Power BI. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Technical skills:

  • Advanced Excel: Strong expertise in MS Excel, including functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros. 

  • BI Tools: Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
