Responsibilities:

Making MIS Reports of collated data

Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports

Ensuring the precision of the reports

Extensive work on Excel

Collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets using various software tools

Developing and maintaining databases, data systems, data analytics and dashboards

Extracting relevant data from multiple sources and preparing reports

Identifying and resolving data anomalies, inconsistencies and errors

Assisting with data validation, cleaning and quality control

Conducting research and providing insights to support decision-making processes

Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Providing technical support and training to end-users on data-related tools and systems

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in managing and analyzing large data sets

Ability to create and maintain complex databases

Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
