Graduate/undergraduate with overall 2+ yrs experience of working as an MIS Executive in a domestic/international contact centre
Excellent knowledge of preparing reports and dashboards using advanced excel formulae and functions
Excellent communication & Presentation skills
Ability to develop dashboards and reports based on requirements shared
Good interpersonal skills
Basic Knowledge of outbound and Inbound contact centre
Working knowledge of Macros / VBA / SQL would be an advantage
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
Prepare monthly KPI data and validate partner’s billing data
Should be able to visualize and hence deliver on new reporting requirements shared by the management
Execute Change requests for reports being delivered
Timely & error-free delivery of assigned reports, quick response to queries
