A. Ensure adherence to agreed KPI’s on daily collection, customer query reconciliation & bucket wise collection targets & exceptions.
B. Regularly review aged trial balance to determine customers that have past due invoices and contact them for payment status with details of Exceptional Reports.
C. Notify Sales Representative if orders cannot be released due to account status e.g. past due invoices.
D. Delivery savings versus T&E budgets for sales & collection executives.
Driving & communicating executive wise targets for customers along with their SOA.
F. Manage all communication with RE Credit Controller & other RE personnel.
MIS
Ø Preparation of MIS with regard to payment collections, cheque deposits.
Ø Generating customer wise SOA and its communication to each collection executive.
Ø Preparing outstanding /ageing sheet & payment reconciliation of all customers accounts.
Ø Telephonic interaction with customer on payment follow up & resolving queries.
