Responsibilities:
· To Call the customer to explain the benefits of Credit card &
complete documents by fixing appointment & coordinating with Field team
· Scrutinize Credit Card application and documents for completeness,
quality and Policy deviations.
· Gather correct customer
information and customer consent as per the back check
· Fill up application form if required
· Convince & retain the customer if the customer is not ready/delaying
the decision
Qualification:
· Minimum Educational Qualification: Pursuing Graduation or XII Pass
Experience:
· Candidates with experience in tele sales or verifications will be
preferred.
· Work Experience
in Credit Card Company / Financial Services or Telecom will be an added
advantage.
Additional Details:
· Employee shall be based out of back office/store depending upon
business requirement
