41,000 - 50,000 Per Month Provide support and maintenance to existing call center team for Data MIS &
reports
✓ Daily data uploading on Dialer & calling sheets for agents
✓ MIS reporting to management daily
✓ Preparation of daily agent & process level performance reports
✓ Preparing and updating daily, weekly and monthly procurement data
✓ MIS report and data analysis
✓ Take measures to improve/enhance MIS data reports/system
✓ 6 days working with rotational week off basis business requirement
Preferences :
✓ Handling and integrating large volumes of data from various sources.
✓ Business performance analysis and reporting: Analyzing the KPIs on a regular
basis to monitor the health of business and related reporting to the Top
Management
✓ Preparing quarterly & Monthly decks and getting the same reviewed to the top
management.
✓ Variance analysis: Analyzing the variances against past performance and Planned
and identifying the reasons for deviation.
