Solving Technical problems occurred in sites by coordinating with Teams.
Responsible for Client Relationship Management, Documentation, Team Management, and able to provide Technical support to Team.
Monitoring of each technical team member work efficiency and reporting to team leader and team members for improvements.
Daily Interface with Project Manager tracking project activities, maintaining project schedule and documentation
Work & follow up with customer, contractor on issue and status.
Data Entry & Database Management must be highly accurate.
Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant customer in a concise and clear manner.
