Need to verify and maintain the customer data and records in Excel Sheets.
Interact with customers over mail to get the missing details and update in the Excel Sheet.
Handle the customer claims data and cross check with customer bank account details.
Maintain a proper record of customer payouts and cross check with finance team.
Requirements:
Any graduate or diploma.
1-3 year of experience as MIS Executive or other equivalent profile.
Proficient in MS Excel and its formulas (vlookup, hlookup, pivot etc).
Experience in email interactions with customers, subordinates and superiors (team leads /reporting managers).
Should know all shortcuts on keyboard. Should be able to work only with keyboard and less usage of mouse.
Good communication skills (rea & write in English).
