Has thorough Knowledge of Excel and advanced excel knowledge also would be ok Knowledge of Local Language Kanada is a must Should be able to pull out reports from Siebel CRM, BI Circle MIS Reports Flashing Parameter based report on regular basis to the regional team Coordinate with different department like Finance, Supply Chain, Document Processing team for any queries or process-related requirement Issue resolving with PRM and CRM related with IT Common Communication with Channel Partner (Service Partner) on regular basis for any updates
