· Having knowledge of MJPJAY and PMJAY Scheme
· Experience of working as a pre-auth executive
· Knowledge of MJPJAY and PMJAY scheme protocol
· Experience in raising pre-auth
· Experience in discharge updates and bills updates
· Experience in follow up and bills update
· Grievance management
· Repudiation of claims
· Preparation of MIS of scheme business
