Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build the core InstaSell app for merchants to manage and grow their online business
2. Work on building features end to end with complete ownership
3. Work on conceptualizing, developing, testing and deploying the features will all be your responsibility
4. Help scale the product and run growth experiments
5. Mentor junior developers and help them grow

Other requirements

1. Knowledge of developing trends and emerging standards in mobile apps

2. Excellent technical knowledge of ReactJS and React Native

3. Candidate should be able to easily pick up new technologies and frameworks on the go (for him/her, engineering is about principles and practices; technology is about tools and tradeoffs)

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to map out the system design for a feature end to end and execute on it

5. Willingness to be involved actively in the product development process and ability to come up with out-of-the-box ideas for unique features that can help users grow their businesses

6. Candidate should have a growth mindset and a passion for building things

7. Candidate should have a strong work ethic, team skills, and attention to detail

8. Candidate should be, most importantly, fun to work with
