• The candidate must have a strong experience in mobile phone, tablets and laptop repairs. 
• The candidate must be very disciplined and must have a high level of integrity and work ethics.
• Must be able to analyse devices before & after repairs
• Highly skilled in soldering,  software troubleshooting, assembling & disassembling , jumper setting and chip level.
• Must be an expert in all levels of device repairs - L1, L2, L3, L4
• Must assist store manager for customer support & operations in business
• Must be willing to train junior technicians
• Must have knowledge on ESD safety norms
• Organise & schedule repairs within prescribed timings & ensure smooth delivery
• refer cellphone manuals & record critical cases of repairs
