We’re seeking a junior motion designer to join our team. As a motion designer, you’ll work alongside the creative director and senior motion designer to help conceptualize and create interactive animations and videos, taking them from concept to completion. In this role you’ll be responsible for animation across a variety of mediums, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the entire design process based on creative briefs and client meetings.

What’s required:

Experienced with Adobe CS, including After Effects
3D experience a plus
Ability to edit and mix audio
Ability to ensure aesthetic quality and details are consistent across all creative executions
Strong attention to detail, be pixel perfect
Strong understanding of animation principles
Strong understanding of current design patterns
Comfortable presenting ideas internally and to client stakeholders
Experience working within a design team
Excellent time and priority management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Your responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create high-level motion graphic prototypes and videos
Collaborate with the design and development team in editing and integrating motion content
Creating mockups, prototypes and full design concepts quickly and independently
Explaining your rationale for creative choices
Maintaining a strong grasp of current design and technology trends and styles
Collaboration with the project manager to ensure projects are meeting project plan and timeline
Iterate on solutions to continually enhance and improve the users experience of all our projects
