14 years of technical functional experience across Dynamics CRM versions 2011 2013 2015 D365 CRM etc
Experience in Team Client Engagement operations management Knowledge experience in multi phase global enterprise wide CRM implementation
Experience of working on multi technology engagements and contributing to overall architecture solution
Excellent understanding of MS CRM concepts business processes and supporting MS CRM functionality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience of MS net development is must Pugin WCF SSRS Fetch XML Silverlight SDK Scribe and IFD
Ability to independently drive Proof of Concepts Demo Presentations and positioning in front of C Level Executives
Ability to envision architect and evangelize CRM xRM enterprise solutions to prospects and clients
Proven experience in project management which includes estimating scoping and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk
Ability to move between high level architectural review design and doing all phases of a CRM xRM delivery project
Working knowledge of specialized tools solutions or ISV solutions is a plus
Experience using Microsoft Sure Step for Project Management is preferable Knowledge of system architecture and certified in MS Dynamics CRM Preferred
