SQL jobs service Second level investigation for incidents e g troubleshoot of incidents application
Coordination with users vendors and IT Team for incidents investigation
GoToMeeting screen sharing provision for incidents investigation
Run SQL queries as and when required to extract data
Responsible for tracking repeated incidents or incidents that happened for multiple markets
Problem Management Coordinate with the vendors for the identification and fixing of the root causes of problems Automation of repetitive tasks through
