Operations and Maintenance of DG, LT panel, UPS, Lighting etc.
Knowledge of LT meter reading, how to take ups reading Repairing & maintenance of all Electrical , Mechanical & Plumbing Equipments
Repairing & breakdown maintenance of HVAC system, DG Sets ,Stack Parking & Lifts
Repairing & maintenance of RWTP , ETP & STP
Repairing & Maintenance of Fire Alarm.
Repairing & Maintenance of Access Control.
Repairing & Maintenance of CCTV.
Repairing & breakdown maintenance of transformer systems.
Handling staff and workers below his hierarchy/level.
PPM schedule, work order permits, job completion & timely submission of report.
Checking all the reading reports & work reports maintain in the organisation
Procurement of Electrical ,Mechanical, HVAC & Plumbing goods depends on the requirement.
