ReadyAssist is hiring multilingual specialist at our Customer Support team. Candidates with fluent speaking skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and other regional languages is preferred for this role.
Candidate must be flexible to work in rotational shift at our head office located at HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients to understand their language preferences
Providing clients with necessary information on various products and services
Resolving customer queries and complaints
Directing any urgent calls/issues to the Customer Service Manager
Processing customer requests and refunds
Adhering to the industry practices and company standards, at all times
Maintaining a record of customer communication
Verifying customer details before processing their requests
Collecting payments and processing invoices when required
Conducting customer surveys to ascertain their requirements
Gathering feedback from customers
Translating documents and customer emails
Fulfilling monthly and annual sales target
Obtaining call histories as and when needed
