Indra Institute of Education jobs - Multimedia Trainer

We are seeking a passionate Multimedia Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in multimedia design and be proficient in a variety of UI/UX designing tools, photo editing software, and other relevant editing tools. As a Multimedia Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training modules covering various aspects of multimedia design, including UI/UX design principles, photo editing techniques, and other relevant editing tools.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their learning objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in multimedia design and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously enhance training materials and resources.
• Assist in assessing the performance and progress of students through evaluations and assessments.
• Provide mentorship and support to students to foster their professional growth and development in the field of multimedia design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a multimedia designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in any one UI/UX designing tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Strong knowledge of any one photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, GIMP, etc.
• Familiarity with other editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• Relevant certifications or training in multimedia design will be an added advantage.
