We are seeking a passionate Multimedia Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in multimedia design and be proficient in a variety of UI/UX designing tools, photo editing software, and other relevant editing tools. As a Multimedia Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training modules covering various aspects of multimedia design, including UI/UX design principles, photo editing techniques, and other relevant editing tools.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their learning objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in multimedia design and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously enhance training materials and resources.
Assist in assessing the performance and progress of students through evaluations and assessments.
Provide mentorship and support to students to foster their professional growth and development in the field of multimedia design.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a multimedia designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in any one UI/UX designing tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
Strong knowledge of any one photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, GIMP, etc.
Familiarity with other editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Relevant certifications or training in multimedia design will be an added advantage.
