Experience –
1. Prior Experience In Hospitals' NABH working is Mandatory
2. Good Working Knowledge Of NABH, Minimum 2+ Years Experience Is Mandatory (Freshers Do Not Apply)
3. Administration working experience is mandatory

Job Profile -
1. Implement NABH Standards & Strengthen The Accreditation.
2. Design & Implement Policies, Sops, Process Mapping, Department Manuals by Working with Clinical & Non Clinical Heads.
3. Monitor Key Quality Indicators.
4. Knowledge of Quality Standards, Processes & Procedures.
5. Responsible For Developing And Implementing Standardized Policy And Process.
6. Responsible For Coordinating With The Consultants In Developing And Documenting The Quality Management Systems In The Form Of Manuals, Departmental Procedures And Work Instructions.
7. Collection Of Quality Indicators From Various Departments.
8. Documentation, Implementation and Monitoring Of NABH Process.
9. Ensure Adherence To NABH Standards And Other Relevant Quality Standards
10. To Conduct Meetings, Training For Employees To Streamline NABH Process.
11. Conduct And Lead Internal Quality Audit.
12. Administration work
