Job Description
A nail artist trainer instructs aspiring technicians in nail art techniques, safety, and hygiene. They design training programs, provide hands-on demonstrations, assess skills, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key tasks include curriculum development, product education, trend awareness, and fostering a learning environment. Strong communication, teaching skills, and a passion for nail art are essential.
Expected to perform include:
Preparing and maintaining the work area
Preparing, developing and delivering nail care training programme
Supporting and coaching the participants
Managing and leading a team of subordinates
Providing nail care services like nail art application, nail enhancement, nail wrap, airbrush nail design, electric filing, refilling, gel polish application, manicure, pedicure, etc.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and excellent customer relationship abilities
Strong knowledge of different methods of applying various nail extensions, polish, accents, and designs
Ability to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment
Demonstrated knowledge of nail products and their uses
A keen eye for detail, ensuring perfection for each client
