Develop right sales forecast through analysis and interpretation of internal and external marketing and sales data in collaboration with logistics team MIS to leadership on the same
Improve, Change and Build upon the sales process for maximizing returns & drive Sales Excellence initiatives through the team of Regional Managers, thereby ensuring Key Performance Indicators parameters are met/exceeded
Analyse & plan to maximize the efficiency of sales force thus encouraging performers (by rewards and recognitions) as well as taking necessary action on under performers, in consultation with HR
Assess Current competency level within the team for development Plan in consultation with HR and SFE manager Refresh and maintain Product, therapy /sales knowledge/marketing initiatives through National sales meetings
