EDUCATION and other requirements

12th Passing certificate

Certification from a beauty school or work experience in waxing

Sound knowledge of hair physiology and skin/boy anatomy is added advantage

Past experience in the Beauty industry especially in waxing is an added advantage

Knowledge and practice in stripless waxing will be a big advantage

Good speaking and writing skills in English

Passion for learning and education

Good communication and teaching skills

Good selling skills

Sound computer knowledge to make reports and write emails

Problem solving skills

No gender bias in performing demos and training

No restrictions in travelling anywhere within India by any mode of transport

Independent worker

Technology savvy with respect to smart phones and computer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acquiring complete in-depth knowledge of the wax brand - Perron Rigot distributed by the company both theoretically and practically in a short span of time.

• Working closely with the Sales Team.

• Responsibility for the Training region or clients assigned.

• Proper coordination with all the assigned clients.

• Making prior schedules for Training of existing clients and taking full responsibility for completion of Training for each and every client on scheduled time.

• Coordinating all training programs with Training Director / Manager, Sales team, team-mates and Higher Authorities.

• Ensure complete technical support and education to all assigned clients.

• Brand development and building awareness of the brand. This involves taking an initiative in building new clients for the brand.

• Arranging for demos and other PR activities for clients.

• Organizing promotional activities for the brand.

• Reporting day to day activities.

• Participation in events, seminars, exhibitions or other brand related activities anywhere in India.

• Keeping up to-date with all new launches of products / treatments etc and conveying the same to fellow Trainers, existing clients and prospective clients.

• Handling all logistics, product/training stock management and coordinating with clients with respect to training.

• Complete computer literacy is required and reports / communications.

• Willingness to learn new brands acquired by the company.

National Trainer for a young, growing, cosmetic distributor company

Our growing company is seeking to hire a National Trainer for waxing - Waxing Expert who will be responsible for training and educating clients on all brand related information. You will be in charge of planning demos and training for clients interested in the brand. Maintaining a good relation with clients and therapists will be your forte.

Job Requirements

A 12th passing certificate is the minimum requirement. Certification from a beauty school or prior-training and experience in waxing is needed. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and teach people by making it interesting as well as going down to their level. Previous experience in a trainer-related role is a plus.
