Job Description

• Being a navigation manager in Nestquest is a responsible job , as a voice of the organisation you are expected to be a good listener ,excellent in verbal and written communication and right attitude.
• Person needs to be good with time management , scheduling , multitasking , CRM 
• Day to Day routine
• Attending incoming calls and inquiries. 
• Collecting Primary grade information. 
• Documenting the the call  .
• Schedule  appointments via calendar management .
• Updating the CRM .
• Follow up with booked appointments and send reminder alerts.
• Internal team coordination. 
• Followup with customers as and when requested.

Qualification :

• Any Graduate (  B.A/M.A in Literature , Philosophy ,psychology Preferred ) 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organised and detail oriented
• Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions

Experience :

• Freshers Welcome 
• 6 months to 2 year of public relations , International BPO , On call profiles preferred
