 1-3 years of experience in B2B loan sales in the NBFC industry

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Sound knowledge of the Australian business market

 Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 Self-motivated and target-driven individual

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Roles and Responsibilities

 Identify potential business customers in Australia and establish contact

 Understand the financial requirements of businesses and provide suitable loan solutions

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

 Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth

 Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients

 Stay updated with the NBFC industry trends and regulations

 Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth loan processing experience for clients

 Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns
