Salary: ₹2,500.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

Delivering Lectures: The physics faculty member is responsible for delivering high-quality lectures to students preparing for NEET exams. The lectures should be well-structured and designed to help students understand complex physics concepts.

Developing Course Material: The faculty member is responsible for developing course materials, including lecture notes, study guides, practice problems, and exams. The course material should be comprehensive, relevant to the exam syllabus, and engaging.

Conducting Tests and Evaluations: The faculty member is responsible for designing and conducting tests and evaluations to assess student progress and understanding of the material. The faculty member should provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.

Mentoring and Counseling Students: The faculty member is responsible for mentoring and counseling students to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals. The faculty member should provide guidance and support to students to help them overcome academic challenges and build confidence.

Collaborating with Other Faculty Members: The faculty member should collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, as well as to evaluate and improve the quality of the physics curriculum.

Staying Up-to-date with the Latest Developments: The faculty member should keep up-to-date with the latest developments in physics education and research. The faculty member should also participate in professional development activities to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
