JOB TITLE : Trainee - Network Administratior
JOB LOCATION : AHMEDABAD

The Hardware and Network Trainee will be responsible to manage Desktops, Laptops and iMACs. This position required a basic technical skills with good problem-solving abilities.

The role also requires thorough planning, strategizing and execution keeping the end result in mind.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Install desktop OS, messaging client, applications such as Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, WinZip, WinRar, as per Customers software deployment policy, and add or remove accessories, peripherals or mobile devices and configure PCs
Perform Power ON Test, OS troubleshooting & verify hardware and software as per requirements
Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies• Configuration of printers, scanners etc.
Configuration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issues. (Thunderbird, Outlook)
Installation and configuration of application in Desktop and Laptops.
Installation of antivirus tool and updates.
Perform hardware & software maintenance.
Process inventory management and make sure our inventory of all the hardware and software are up to date.
Scheduled audits of inventory and updating the system with the list of inventories.
Configure Desktop and Laptop for New employees with basic softwares.
Basic troubleshooting of day to day issues related to Hardware, Network and Operating System.

Technical Requirements:

Good knowledge of Windows Operating system (Windows 7,8 & 10).
Basic Knowledge of Wireless Network.
Basic knowledge on Dekstop and Latop hardware.
Good communication skills
Good troubleshooting skills

Education, Expertise & Experience

Must have done at least Hardware & Network certification from any of the reputed istitute.
Bachelor Degree will be an added advantage.
