Certification should be CCNA or RHCE (Preferred) Installation and configuration of domain controller on active directory services.
Creating and troubleshooting FTP sites and managing large FTP web farm. File server configuration and management.
Terminal Server configuration for desktop virtualization and application deployment.
Creating and troubleshooting FTP sites and managing large FTP web farm.
Experience on configuring Routers with multiple Routing Protocols [RIP/EIGRP/OSPF] and Layer-2 switches with port-security, VLAN, VTP and Inter-VLAN.
Monitor critical servers (Domain Controllers, live Web Servers, DNS),to check if they are functioning properly, check disk usage, check critical alerts.
Management and configuration mail stacks using send mail server.
Configuration and management of proxy server using squid Server.
Implementation of firewall using net filter tables.
Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
Resolve problems reported by the end user
Define network policies and procedures
Specify system requirements and design solutions
Research and make recommendations on server system administration
